This is a 1:1 scale kit of the "Sea Dwelling Organism" from the movie "The Faculty".  Sculpted by Charles Babbage, it comes with base and wire tentacles, with the body cast in clear resin.  The body measures 3" in length, the finished kit stands over 11" inches tall from base to ends of the tentacles.
